Design fees vary depending on the project type, size, location, and complexity of the scope, along with what services will be provided and if other trades will be a part of our project team. We offer free project consultations and will provide a detailed fee and service proposal after the project parameters have been established.

We partner with various trade consultants to round out the project team. We are happy to work with any consultants you have existing relationships with or bring our own recommendations to the team.

Examples of potential trade partners could include: Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, along with food service, audio visual, and more.

We have built trusting relationships with many General Contractors over the years. We can provide recommendations of which companies would be a good fit for your scope, or we can coordinate with your preferred contractor.
